All guests require a ticket, regardless of age. We recommend that children be at least five years old to attend a performance of SpongeBob SquarePants. Children under the age of four are not permitted in the theatre.

Do you offer rush tickets?

SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS will offer General Rush tickets for purchase in-person at the Palace Theatre box office beginning November 6. General Rush tickets are available for day-of-performance purchase beginning when the box office opens each day. There is a limit of two (2) tickets priced at $30 each per person, payable in cash or by credit card. No student ID required. Subject to availability.

How do I find out about options for guests with disabilities?

Wheelchair-accessible seating is available through the theatre box office by calling 212-730-8200. Assistive listening, audio description and caption devices are available free of charge at the kiosk in the main lobby. Photo identification is required as a deposit. If you need assistance locating the kiosk, please ask any member of the theatre staff.

What should I wear to the show?

There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performances, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion. The theatre is air conditioned throughout the year.
